Mobil EAL Arctic Series are supreme performance Environmental Awareness Lubricants (EAL) that are fully
synthetic products designed specifically for the lubrication of refrigeration compressors and systems, using
ozone-friendly HFC refrigerants. (HFCs are chlorine-free products replacing chlorine-containing refrigerants in
the world market). Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are formulated from proprietary synthesized polyol esters (POEs)
and a unique additive system to provide outstanding lubricity, wear protection, chemical and thermal stability,
and hydrolytic stability. They are miscible with HFC refrigerants and have well-defined
viscosity/temperature/pressure relationships with widely used HFCs. The performance of the Mobil EAL Arctic
Series has been well documented with HFCs in a broad range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and
are used by many major compressor and system builders around the world.
Mobil EAL Artic 32, 46 and 68 are recommended for use in household, commercial and marine refrigeration and
air conditioning systems where HFC refrigerants are used.

of Mobil EAL Arctic Series of lubricants was the close contacts between our scientists and key compressor
OEMs and system designers to ensure that our product offerings will provide exceptional performance in a wide
range of applications.
This work in combination with ExxonMobil lab testing has helped confirm the exceptional performance of the
Mobil EAL Arctic Series lubricants. This cooperative work allowed ExxonMobil scientists to design optimum
synthetic POE structures for each viscosity grade in the product series and to develop an additive package to
meet the stability and compatibility requirements for refrigeration applications

Applications
Mobil EAL Arctic 32, 46 and 68 oils were designed for use in refrigeration systems where HFC refrigerants are
used. They are recommended for applications such as food preparation and freezing.
Mobil EAL Arctic Series oils are hygroscopic and care must be taken to avoid moisture absorption during handling.
Packages should be tightly closed when not in use. Product should not be transferred to plastic containers that
may allow moisture ingress.

Grease
Product Description
Mobilith SHC Series greases are supreme performance products designed for a wide variety of applications at extremes of
temperature. They combine the unique features of a polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluid with those of a high quality lithium
complex thickener. The wax-free nature of the PAO base oil and the low coefficient of traction (compared with mineral oils), provide
excellent low temperature pumpability and very low starting and running torque. These products offer the potential for energy savings
and can reduce operating temperatures in the load zone of rolling element bearings. The lithium complex thickener contributes
excellent adhesion, structural stability and resistance to water. The greases have a high level of chemical stability and are formulated
with special additive combinations to provide excellent protection against wear, rust and corrosion at high and low temperatures.
Mobilith SHC Series greases are available in five grades, varying in base oil viscosity from ISO VG 100 to 1500 and in NLGI grade from
2 to 00.
The Mobilith SHC Series of greases is used in the widest range of applications, and a broad range of operating temperatures,
depending on grade. They are used not only in numerous industrial applications, but also find significant usage in automotive, marine
and aerospace sectors.

Applications
Application Considerations: While Mobilith SHC Series greases are compatible with most mineral oil based products, admixture may
detract from their performance. Consequently it is recommended that before changing a system to one of the Mobilith SHC Series, it
should be thoroughly cleaned out to achieve the maximum performance benefits.
While the Mobilith SHC Series greases share many performance benefits, their applications are best described in terms of each product
grade:
 Mobilith SHC 100 is an antiwear grease primarily recommended for higher speed applications such as electric motors, where
reduced friction, low wear and long service life are required. It is an NLGI 2 Grade / ISO VG 100 grease with PAO synthetic base
fluid. Its operating temperature range is -50º C to 180º C.
 Mobilith SHC 220 is a multipurpose, extreme pressure grease recommended for heavy-duty automotive and industrial applications.
It uses an ISO VG 220 PAO synthetic fluid and although it is a NLGI 2 Grade product, it has the low temperature pumpability of
most NLGI 0 Grade mineral oil based greases. Mobilith SHC 220 has a recommended operating temperature range of -40º C to
180º C.
 Mobilith SHC 460 is an NLGI 1.5 Grade grease with ISO VG 460 synthetic base and is an extreme pressure grease recommended
for tough industrial applications. It provides outstanding bearing protection under heavy loads at low-to-moderate speeds and in
applications where water resistance is a critical factor. Mobilith SHC 460 has demonstrated outstanding performance in steel mills,
paper mills and marine applications. The recommended operating temperature range is -40º C to 180º C.
 Mobilith SHC PM is a NLGI 1.5 Grade grease with ISO VG 460 synthetic base oil and is an extreme pressure grease
recommended for critical rolling element bearing applications in paper machines. It provides outstanding protection against rust
and acid water corrosion, making it ideal for the wet end of the paper machine. The heavy viscosity base fluid and anti-wear
additive make it an excellent grease for the highly loaded press section roll bearings. The low volatility and excellent high
temperature oxidation stability of the synthetic base fluid maximise relubrication intervals and bearing life in the high temperature
felt roll and calendar stack bearings. The recommended operating temperature range is -40°C to 180°C with appropriate
relubrication intervals.
 Mobilith SHC 1000 Special is a NLGI 2 Grade grease with ISO VG 1000 synthetic base oil and strongly fortified with solid
lubricants including micronised graphite and molybdenum disulphide for maximum protection of plain or rolling element bearings
operating under boundary lubrication regimes. This product is designed to extend bearing life under conditions of extremely slow
speeds, heavy loads and high temperatures. Mobilith SHC 1000 Special has a recommended operating temperature of -30°C to
180°C with appropriate relubrication intervals. The wax-free synthetic base fluid provides excellent low temperature mobility /
pumpability.

 Mobilith SHC 1500 is an NLGI 1 Grade / ISO VG 1500 grease with PAO synthetic base fluid. It is intended for use in plain and
rolling element bearings operating at extremely slow speeds, under heavy loads and high temperatures. Mobilith SHC 1500 has a
recommended operating temperature range of -20 to 180º C with appropriate relubrication intervals. Continuous lubrication with
Mobilith SHC 1500 has been very effective in prolonging bearing life in a severe roll press application. Mobilith SHC 1500 has also
provided excellent performance in rotary kiln roller bearings and in slag transfer rail car bearings.
 Mobilith SHC 007 is an NLGI 00 Grade / ISO VG 460 grease with PAO synthetic base fluid; it has a recommended operating
temperature range of -50º C to 180º C with appropriate relubrication intervals. Its primary use is in non-driven heavy-duty truck
trailer wheel hubs. It is also well suited for use in grease filled gear cases subject to high temperatures, where conventional semi
fluid greases will not provide acceptable lubricant life.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

     Mobil DTE 20 Series high quality hydraulic oils were developed in co-operation with pump and component manufacturers specifically for severe hydraulic systems using high pressure, high output pumps. These oils provide the superior anti-wear and film strength characteristics necessary for critical systems. They are formulated from stable, high quality, high VI base stocks and additives which provide the specific properties required in hydraulic fluids. Mobil DTE 24, 25 and 26  provide outstanding performance in all standard industry tests, and claim quality level of Denison HFO, Vickers I-286-S and M-2950-S, and Sundstrand pump tests. Their 12 stage rating in the FZG Gear Test demonstrates a high level of protection against wear and scuffing. Mobil DTE 24, 25 and 26 are approved against Cincinnati Machine specifications P-68, P-70 and P-69, respectively.
     The super-stabilized additive system of the Mobil DTE 20 Series was selected to neutralize the formation of corrosive materials, provide excellent anti-wear properties, and multi-metal compatibility. This additive system also provides better thin oil film protection against rusting, retention of superior oil cleanliness, and improved compatibility with water.

APPLICATION

     Mobil DTE 20 Series oils are Mobil’s primary recommendation for most hydraulic applications in industrial, marine and mobile service, including high- pressure systems, systems with servo valves and all robotics.

Product Description
Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series are high performance anti-wear hydraulic oils specifically designed to meet the needs
of modern, high pressure, industrial and mobile equipment hydraulic systems.
The Mobil DTE 10 Excel Series is constructed from selected base oils and a proprietary additive system to
provide well balanced performance in a range of applications. The products exhibit exceptional oxidation and
thermal stability allowing long oil life and minimized deposit formation in severe hydraulic systems using high
pressure, high output pumps. The innovative ultra keep clean performance protects critical hydraulic system
components from malfunction, such as tight tolerance servo and proportional valves found in many modern
hydraulic systems. The shear stable, high viscosity index allows for a wide operating temperature range
maintaining maximum hydraulic efficiency and component protection at both low and high temperatures.
Outstanding air release properties provide an added measure of protection in systems with low residence time
helping to prevent cavitation damage and micro dieseling. The carefully selected base oil and additives allow
passing results of acute aquatic toxicity testing (LC-50, OECD 203) and the zinc free anti-wear system provides
a high degree of protection in gear, vane and piston pumps while also minimizing deposit formation.
Formulated with extensive laboratory and in-service field testing, the Mobil DTE 10 Excel series can help provide
quantifiable increases in hydraulic efficiency compared to other ExxonMobil’s hydraulic oils. This can translate
to reduced power consumption or increased machine output, resulting in monetary savings.
In controlled laboratory efficiency testing, Mobil DTE 10 Excel was measured to provide up to a six percent
improvement in hydraulic pump efficiency compared to Mobil DTE 20 when operating in standard hydraulic
applications.
In additional laboratory and in-service field demonstrations conducted on a wide range of modern hydraulic
systems, the Mobil DTE 10 Excel series demonstrated, compared to ExxonMobil’s conventional hydraulic fluids,
exceptional oil life, outlasting these fluids by up to three times, while maintaining outstanding hydraulic system
cleanliness and component protection. Mobil DTE 10 Excel also demonstrated the value of its high viscosity
index and outstanding shear stability by operating successfully in temperatures as low as -34°C and by maintaining
ISO viscosity grade.
Mobil DTE 10 Excel has also been tested in standard vane pumps under controlled conditions directly against
competitive products. At the end of the 30 minute test, Mobil DTE 10 Excel resulted in less system heat generation
and the system temperatures were measured to be 6°C-7°C less than certain competitive products run under
identical conditions.
DISCLAIMER: The energy efficiency of Mobil DTE 10 Excel relates solely to the fluid performance when compared
to ExxonMobil's standard hydraulic fluids. The technology used allows up to 6% increase in hydraulic pump
efficiency compared to Mobil DTE 20 series when tested in standard hydraulic applications under controlled
conditions. The energy efficiency claim for this product is based on test results on the use of the fluid conducted
in accordance with all applicable industry standards and protocols.

ENERGOL RC- dầu máy nén khí
Mô tả
Energol RC được chế tạo từ các loại dầu gốc khoáng chọn lọc và tinh chế đặc biệt, kết hợp với các chất phụ gia chống ôxi hoá, chống ăn mòn và chống bọt đáp ứng được mọi yêu cầu của loại dầu bôi trơn máy nén khí có độ bền ô-xi hóa cao với khuynh hướng tạo cặn các-bon thấp.

Ứng dụng
Energol RC được khuyên dùng cho các máy nén khí pittông. Đặc biệt thích hợp cho các máy nén khí có nhiệt độ khí nén cao đến 220oC là điều kiện làm biến chất nhanh chóng các loại dầu phẩm chất kém dẫn đến việc đóng cặn cac -bon bên trong máy nén khí và ở hệ thống cấp khí nén.
Loại dầu này cũng dùng được cho các máy nén khí kiểu cánh gạt bôi trơn nhỏ giọt cần loại dầu có độ ổn định ô-xi hóa tốt và có tính chống rỉ. Ngoài ra còn có thể dùng trong các hệ thống bôi trơn tuần hoàn cho các ổ trượt và ổ lăn vận hành ở nhiệt độ cao như trong các máy làm giấy.
Qui cách
Energol RC đáp ứng các yêu cầu của DIN 51506 hạng VD-L.
Tiêu chuẩn DIN 51506 bao gồm các yêu cầu về tính năng tổng quát đối với dầu máy nén khí pit-tông, trong đó hạng VD-L là mức khắc nghiệt nhất với nhiệt độ khí xả lên đến 220oC.
Các yêu cầu khắc nghiệt này bao gồm độ ổn định ô-xi hóa qui định trong thử nghiệm DIN 51 352 Phần 2 gọi là Thử nghiệm ô-xi hóa Pneurop ( POT).
